Our hope and desire is to serve our Greater Orlando community by offering clinical mental health counseling services.

Counseling is the process of recognizing our pain and hurt (past and present), understanding the effects of that pain and hurt (as it relates to relationships, work, school, etc.), and making the necessary changes to stop the pain and hurt, and also promoting mental and emotional wellness.

Counseling is a journey with different stages and each stage has its own value by learning more about ourselves. The more we learn about ourselves, the more we can become aware of what it is working and not working for us. Life can be messy and complicated, our hope is to help making it less messy and more enjoyable.
