He also specializes in working with couples/marriage, trauma, identity issues, relationship, issues, and men's issues. 

We may face various challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship issues, and trauma. I provide validation, empathy, and a warm, nurturing environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. This helps to unearth our true selves, cultivate resilience in the face of adversity, and instigate positive transformations.

Alan provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families using a safe, non-judgmental space to explore. He has worked in several non-profit institutions in several different sectors including mental health, relationship education, and food insecurity across Central Florida. 

He is passionate about advocating for under-served and marginalized individuals and learning through their stories. Alan believes every person is unique and the complexity of the human experience, including culture, community, and identity helps to shape how we view the world and our position in it.Through using an integrated approach of various evidence-based practices, we uncover and process root causes and set achievable goals.
